Welcome to Chapmore End in Hertfordshire. Chapmore End is a hamlet tucked away just north of Hertford and Ware with a duck pond, a red telephone box, a pub (The Woodman), a number of houses and a farm.

A spooky night in Chapmore End on halloweeeeen!
Ghost and ghouls, witches and devils were seen haunting the residents with scary shrieks and cries from the other world! Fortunately, they were fended off with chocolate treats and at last, Chapmore End can relax, safe for another year.
Clean up day 2013
Our annual clean up day took place on Sunday 12th May. The residents all worked hard clearing the roadsides and tidying up the island and all the way through the hamlet. Everyone finished the morning with a well deserved drink with sandwiches and chips at the Woodman.
